Meet Katie
Katie Busciglio's love of gorgeously curated interiors was first cultivated while designing and implementing personal projects for residential and commercial spaces. She has always had an eye for style and a passion for transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary.
Katie's passion for chic and timeless design with an edge and her reputation as the go-to style authority led to the creation of her own design firm, Ivy Drive.
Between clients, Katie continues to seek inspiration, follow up to the minute innovative design, and build on her already extensive skillset by continuing her technical education at the New York Institute of Art & Design, a renowned institution of higher education in the field of design. Through her formal training, she has layered her practical knowledge with the solid fundamentals of design theory, the uses of a variety of textiles, and lighting techniques.
Katie, along with her husband Derek and son Rocco, split their time between their Tampa Bay area home and their beach home on Anna Maria Island.
Working with Katie has been such a fun, pleasurable and easy collaborative experience. From the very first meeting she understood my vision that I was trying to achieve for our family’s new home. She brought incredible ideas to light along with suggestions that I would have never even thought of. She has an amazing eye for detail and her level of creativity exceeds expectations.
